Please allow 48 hours for us to be able to process the request as all prescription items need to be checked by a qualified vet. We will prepare the items for collection at any time during our opening hours. Please note that all prescriptions must be paid for at the time of collection.

If the item requested is not suitable as a repeat item, if your pet has not been seen by us, if your pet needs to be re-examined before the request can be allowed or if the item is unavailable from the manufacturer; we will contact you to make further arrangements.

We take the privacy of your data seriously and will only use the data that we collect on this form to process the registering of you as a new client.
